At wunderbon, we all follow a unified set of values and our own manifesto. Highest customer satisfaction and humility – we can always be wrong and continuously question this. An equally important part of our entire organization is, of course, sustainability and transparency. We are pleased that you are interested in our values.

  • We regularly pause and show gratitude in relation to certain life circumstances
  • We are grateful for our customers and approach customer meetings with the knowledge that it is a privilege to serve them
  • We practice humility, act as non-ego makers, and do not attach our personal ego to ideas
  • We are grateful for the work our teammates do to move the company forward
  • We show gratitude for the platforms, tools, open source code, and communities that make our business possible, and we see it as our duty to give back accordingly

Practice reflection

  • We believe that the act of introspection is where true learning and life-changing adaptations originate
  • We approach discussions consciously and think in all directions
  • We first listen and then listen some more: we first try to understand and then to be understood
  • We step back from day-to-day operations and think about overarching issues that will have an impact
  • We take the approach that everything is a hypothesis and we could be wrong

Improve continuously

  • We are action-oriented and have a higher expectation of ourselves and our product than others have of us
  • We strive to be fully engaged in our work and activities; and completely uninvolved when not working
