Sweepstakes terms and conditions

These conditions of participation inform you about the conditions under which wunderbon (hereinafter “wunderbon” also wunderbon | Your Confidential Assistant) organizes or operates competitions.

1. Conditions of Participation

1.1 Registration & Participation

To participate in the draw, at least all data specified by the form as a required field shall be provided. The participant is responsible for any changes to this data, in particular the address and e-mail address.

1.2 Eligible participants

All persons who have permanent residence in Germany are entitled to participate. Employees, agents, successors in title and agents of
wunderbon.

1.3 Other conditions of participation

Participation is only possible via the Internet. Participation does not depend in any way on the purchase of services from wunderbon. By entering the competition, the entrant declares his/her agreement with the rules of the competition. Participation is possible within the times specified in the competition, or by a specified date at the latest.

1.4 Determination of winnings & participation period

The sweepstakes will run as long as stated in the competition. Winners will be determined by random draw.

1.5 Winnings

The prize will be clearly shown in the competition. The winners will be notified within two weeks of the draw.

1.6 Notification of the winners

Winners will be notified by email.

1.7 Applicable law

The competition is exclusively subject to German law.

1.8 Transmission of the winnings

The winnings will either be handed over in person (on presentation of an official photo ID) or sent to the address given at the time of registration or by e-mail. If the winner does not return within 2 days of notification, they will lose any claim to the prize.

1.9 Termination options

wunderbon reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. This applies in particular if, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned, such as software and/or hardware errors and/or other technical and/or legal reasons affecting the management, security, integrity and/or regular and proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, wunderbon also has the right to modify the sweepstakes at its discretion.

1.10 Privacy

To enter the competition, a personal data is required. The participant expressly agrees that the data transmitted by him will be collected, processed and, if necessary, passed on for fulfilment for the execution and processing of the competition. Facebook is not a contact person for the competition. Legal redress is excluded.

1.11 Legal action and liability

Legal redress is excluded. There is no enforceable claim to the payment of winnings. wunderbon shall not be liable for the loss, delay, alteration, manipulation and/or misdirection of e-mails and/or data during data entry, recording, transmission and/or storage, which have their cause in external data networks, in particular the Internet or WWW, in external telephone lines and/or other hardware and/or software of the participants and/or third parties; this also applies in particular to faulty, missing, interrupted, deleted or defective data. wunderbon is also not liable for incorrect information caused by participants and/or third parties, their hardware and/or software and which is used for or related to the competition. In particular, no liability is assumed if e-mails or data inputs do not meet the requirements set out thereand and are therefore not accepted and/or accepted by the system. Furthermore, wunderbon shall not be liable in case of theft or destruction of the systems and/or storage media storing the data or in case of unauthorized modification and/or manipulation of the data in the systems and/or on the storage media by the participants or third parties. Otherwise, wunderbon shall only be liable for gross negligence or intentional acts of its legal representatives, employees or vicarious agents. Furthermore, wunderbon shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the winner or the winner’s relatives in connection with the prize. The above disclaimer does not apply to the extent that liability becomes mandatory, e.g. in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health or due to the violation of essential contractual obligations. However, the claim for damages for the breach of essential contractual obligations is limited to the 3 foreseeable damage typical of the contract, unless for intent or gross negligence or due to injury to life, body or health liability. A change in the burden of proof to the detriment of the participant is not connected with the above regulations.

1.12 Severability clause

Should any provision of the Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In such a case, the organisers and participants are obliged to participate in the creation of provisions by which a result that is as close as possible economically to the invalid provision is achieved.
